great access to parks and historic route 66

I enjoyed my stay here, especially the friendly environment and stunning murals throughout the hotel that really added to my experience exploring the area, with Locomotive Park just a 2 km stroll away and the Historic Route 66 Museum only slightly farther at 5 km, perfect for someone who loves city walking and discovering landmarks like me.

wifi was a struggle but the spacious king suite was cozy. outdoor pool not needed in winter. just prepare for some bumps along the way.

Comfortable bed, convenient location, the room had great amenities, including a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, making our two-night stay enjoyable despite the outside noise from trains.

I had a good stay here. The staff was nice and helped me check in quickly. The restaurant nearby had good food, and I enjoyed a meal there after a long day of driving. I found the room to be clean and it had the basics I needed. The seating area was a nice touch for relaxing after my travels. I felt comfortable knowing my dog was welcome here too.

The place has seen better days with noticeable wear and tear. the stairs and walkways weren’t exactly immaculate, which didn’t leave the best impression. My room door didn’t fit well, letting in a bit of daylight—hardly ideal for privacy. It’s also situated next to active train tracks, and I could hear those freight trains rumbling in the night, which might be a dealbreaker for light sleepers. To top it off, there’s no breakfast included, a bit disappointing for a traveler looking for a convenient start to the day. Overall, while it had a few great quirks, I’d recommend managing expectations.
